Losing weight/ male preference?

I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds and I have always felt sort of 'chubby'. I know that a lot of people would really like to be at my weight but I also am interested in becoming a professional dancer and I have always felt like I was the biggest girl in my classes. I really would like to get down to at least 100. In my efforts to loose weight my current eating and diet plan is a s follows:

1500-1800 calories a day

Monday- 1.5 hours of dance (jazz)

Tuesday- 3 hours of dance (ballet then hip hop)

Wednesday- treadmill (5 minute warm up, 30 minute fast run, 5 minute uphill walk, 5 minute cool down) and weights (30 minutes) then stretching.

Thursday- 2 hours of dance (ballet then pointe)

Friday- treadmill (5 minute warm up, 30 minute fast run, 5 minute uphill walk, 5 minute cool down) and weights (30 minutes) then stretching.

Weekend- rest and stretching.

how can I improve on this? when do you think I will reach my goal? what do you think is the ideal weight for my height as a dancer that is looking to be thin and lean?
