What's the worst binge you've ever had?

Food wise. I just had my worst ever and I want some other people's experiences to feel a bit better. I had my reg. healthy dinner and for desert I started with an apple... Which led to a handful of nuts... Which led to a nut bar... Which led to half of a HUGE, Sams club size bag of trail mix. Massive. So I feel super guilty and I just tried to throw up but I couldn't because my gag reflex is too weak. don't lecture me on that, it was my first time even trying and it obviously didn't work.

So what was your worst binge? What did you do to feel better?

I have very terrible heartburn and the only way to make it feel better is to eat until maximum capacity. My worst one was where I ate a pizza, a bag of sun-chips, half a jar of peanut butter, five apples, and a box of licorice. I tried to keep only healthy food in my dorm because I knew this was going to happen, but even if you eat healthy quantity in this amount, you're bound to get sick anyways.

What did I do to feel better? Take a deep breath, watch a sad movie to cry, and then get over it, telling myself tomorrow's a new day.



You should do the same. :)

:) I'm not alone! As I was doing it I was legit like, I am the only person in the world who ever goes THIS HARD on a food binge. Thank you !

Absolutely not! Now promise me you won't worry about it anymore. These things happen to a LOT of people, not just you. Remember, it takes 3,000+ calories to make just one pound. That's a whole lot to make only a little difference.

I actually remember reading that question ! Haha I guess it was memorable. But did you end up eating that cookie cake?

lol...ya...DEVOURED it...and it was so worth it. If you really feel that guilty, go for a run when your stomach settles. Honestly though, no reason to. :)
