"I'm 16 years old, I'm pretty thin and I DO A FEW SPORTS and my family is very healthy. WE DON'T HAVE ANY JUNK FOOD OR SODA in my house and I DON'T EAT CRAP FOOD on my own. "
THe answer is in the bolded text. You do a FEW sports, that means that you spend a lot of energy. Your metabolism is very high, requiring you to eat lots of carbs because you don't eat junk food (which is loaded with carbs). Your family is healthy and you are healthy, which gives you that appetite. There's nothing wrong with you, just stay away from too much sugar and eat more protein ( don't need red meat for that )
The reason you're always hungry is because you don't eat protein, which takes the longest to digest. Vast quantities of carbs to fill the hold will be a lot more calories then you'd need from protein to feel full. They are not very filling relative to fat and protein.
I'm not necessarily worried about your carb intake. If your weight is stable, its fine. But if you're gaining weight, dial up the protein/fibre and don't go super low fat, and cut back on the pasta.
if that's how much you eat and you maintain a healthy weight, then you don't need to be worrying about "all those carbohydrates" or whatever.
anyway, if pasta/carbs are what fill you up, then eat rice, bread, and other grains. maybe potatoes, too. also protein-rich foods are good. nuts, eggs, etc.
eat more protein it stays with you longer than carbs. it doesn't have to be meat. google protein sources for vegetarians

Its great that you do sports and don't est any junk food. But since you do all that your body probably has a high metabolism so you should be able to est whstever you want. I work out everyday so I pretty much eat fast food everyday and I'm still healthy. And you can grains and eggs if you don't want to eat pasta anymore. But why don't you eat meat especially if you are an athlete?
Trying to find a problem here...but you say you are thin...so...what''s the problem? Pasta swells in your stomach by the way which would account for you feeling "filled" Is that you in the blue dress? If so..u are hawt...(:
If you don't eat meat, expect to be hungry all the time and paper thin.
Eat more nuts and other sources of protein.
you gotta have variety can't eat just pasta. at least you eat something, a lot of young women your age have eating disorders :/
