I used to swim 5-6 days a week for a couple months but I had to stop completely because of how busy school got around the midterm mark. I just started swimming again because I have more time now. I would workout that frequently again if I had the time but school makes it nearly impossible, particularly when I have 3 exams and a couple handouts due in the same week like I did during midterm.
Once or twice per week. I'm lazy too. The thing about working out is it's not just about body fitness, it's about carving out strong neural pathways that motivate you to have a strong workout routine. In English, having a good habit.

heh. I don't work out. I walk to and from classes every day but that's not a work out. Maybe when I'm done with school I'll have time to get a routine in place...
5-6 days, one of which is with a personal trainer. Weight/strength training 3 times, and cardio 3-4 times. Usually an hour each session.
I try to set aside 30 minutes of walking/jogging every day and do yoga on days that I skip. I mostly just do what makes me feel good.

I can't afford gym membership as I spend most of the money I earn on buying bananas, I usually climb and hang around trees while crawling around,i do this everyday
