There are too many reasons -- everything from eating disorders to bad cycles: you get stressed so eat which makes you stressed so you eat again and so on. The same happens to many people who are depressed and eat to get away from depression which makes them depressed, etc. If you believe you are not in control of it, then you should see a doctor.

I guess you might be thirsty, at times the body responds to being thirsty as hunger. Try having more water, and also, eat well, foods that are healthy with ltos of nutrition, balanced. Ur body might be always hungry because its crawing a certain type of nutriend that it lacks , needs.
