I'm always hungry. Why?

I'm not on a diet..

I have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I eat regularly, drink a lot of water, good size portions of meals, and exercise 3 times a week..

But I always seem to be hungry. I snack in between meals also..

I'll sit or go out for a bit and at least 20 minutes later I'll be hungry again.

O_o... Is there anything I can do?
I'm always hungry. Why?
