Healthy food (like vegetables, fruits, nuts, meats) has less calories than unhealthy foods. Make sure you are eating enough of the healthy food. If you eat the same amount of healthy food as you did unhealthy food, it might be too little. You have to eat more of the healthy stuff because it has less calories.
Are you a vegetarian? If you are you might need more protein or something?
