And if you haven't already, you should try searching the Internet for any kind of gluten-free or dairy-free diet-related forums.
And, take the foods that you do know you can eat without feeling sick, and google some recipes for them, to switch up your diet so that you don't get tired of eating the same food the same way all the time.

Other than possibly seeing a doctor for suggestions, try checking out some food blogs which are gluten-free and dairy-free. I also suggest trying some gluten-free vegan blogs, even if you aren't vegan, because they seem to be more numerous than just gluten-free/dairy-free blogs, and you can replace or add meat to the recipes you like.
