I find myself starving half the time, what to do?

I can't eat gluten or dairy so it really limits any food I can eat and when I do make/get food I can eat it usually tastes like nothing or make me feel sick. I feel fine when I have water, soy milk, tea, fruit juice, fruit, eggs and some veggies. Lately majority of foods make me feel sick so half the time I will make a big meal that doesn't make me feel sick and force myself to eat it all and that's all I'll eat for the day. I've somehow gained weight but I am thinner (gone down a clothes size), any advice on what to do? Or should I just go to a dietitian or the doctor?
