As funny as palek's answer is, he might be right---about the haemorrhoids, I mean.
Go to your doctor to be sure. If it is haemorrhoids, they'll probably prescribe you a topical cream or suppository to use (depends on if they're external or internal). There are some creams that you can by over-the-counter as well.
Other things that might help:
- increasing your fiber intake, either by eating foods higher in fiber or taking a fiber supplement
- taking a stool softener (since straining can make them worse)
- sitz baths might help with pain or discomfort (basically just fill your bath tub with water up to your hips and sit in it for awhile, the water can be warm or cool, depending on what makes you feel better)
- buy some baby wipes (make sure their flushable, or if you can't find baby wipes that you can flush, try looking in the feminine aisle for "feminine hygiene wipes", which typically are flushable) - they'll be more gentle on your sensitive parts and allow you to wipe yourself clean after a bowel movement quicker and with less irritation than dry toilet paper.

It would go see a gastroenterologist as soon as possible. While this could be hemorrhoids, this could also be the signs of more serious medical problems like crohn's disease and colorectal cancer. Just be safe and have in checked out. Especially if interfering with your schedule, you'll want to get treatment for whatever the problem is.
Maybe you have hemroids. Or maybe a gay demon is touching you inappropriately in your sleep. It's probably one or the other.

Maybe you should try to change your meals. that happened to me a while back. I was eating just junk food (but not even eating too much during the day - just breakfast and a really late lunch at 4/5pm) and drinking a lot of soda. and since I got back to my healthy meals I have been getting better.
If this doesn't work, maybe you should visit your doctor.How the heck are we supposed to know what the f*** is wrong with your fat ar*e? Ever heard of a doctor?
