what do you think? have you ever tried juicing?
im also looking online for a not-so-expensive juicer, any suggestions?
thanks! have a good day
don't juice, blend (much better since you get the fiber too).
some veggies have loads of protein, eg. asparagus (but then with sulphur in it it could get your urine smelly lol)
eating veggies/fruits will fill you up more than just juicing/blending. plus include nuts (almonds and peanuts+++++)
cut down trans fat (includes ice creams, cookies, chips and most frozen dinners) and eat fresh.
but try running quick (not jogging) and do burpees (they're a beast you'll cut fat cells down easy)
:)
Yes it does. If you don't want to buy a juicer you can use a blender. They are both different and have their own benefits.

And you should also watch a documentary called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. It follows an Australian(I think, I may be wrong) overweight guy with many health problems as he does a juice fast while traveling the world. It's very informative and might help you
Yeah juice can be healthy if you make it yourself and add veggies.
Try looking for a juicer online, that way you can read reviews and find a good deal.

Juicing is okay but blending is better, you need fiber too and you lose it when you juice...so blending is better. Fiber will help you lose more weight.
Unless you are blending it, you will be losing out on the fiber that will keep you full.
