the darker brown one are called hyperpigmantation they're not scars, but will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 years to get rid of. I suggest buying glycolic acid off eBay start with a 10% dosage and exfoliate... Continue doing this even after getting rid of your acne as clearing away outer skin levels is good for your face. As for your pimples your doctor is probably a retarded because if they came from stress he should've put you on BC, however they might be because your oil glands are f***ed in which case Accutane is your main option. It's not that bad you'll just have dry lips nd skin and will have to moisturize at least 3 times daily for 6 months but it's a good habit to get into. I would check with another doctor for the best way to go but definitely get the glycol acid for your hyperpig.

If I were you, I'd offer them on Ebay and see if there's any interest.
Pimples that come from stress are much difficult to get rid of than those that come from fatty/greasy food. I know where you're coming from while in school I break out often and it takes forever for them to go away. I would say try not to get stressed but that doesn't help so, watch what you eat, facials help, drink a lot of water, you'll have to try different products and see whichever works best for your skin. Sorry but the only way is taking a risk with different products.
Use some thing for your acne like clear and clean, up & up K, max clarry, or instead of that if you can afford it use toothpaste , moisture, or honey . Do not use proactive it doesn't work my sister uses it and her face is gotten more oily.

Stop using any soaps or lotions that have oil in them. Make sure to use 100% oil free products. I would also suggest using proactiv. That stuff really works. Use a facial soap that has glycolic acid for black heads also.
pop your blackheads before they turn to pimples
