How to get rid of the pimples and there sports on the chest?

I got pimples on my chest and shoulders. I always popped the one on my chest and now there are dark spots and they still come back like always. How can I remove those spots?

Get rid of the pimples by getting rid of the oil. I often put powder on when I know I'll be sweating a lot or going to wear gear that'll make it that way. Dry it out. No pimple is likely to form when it's dry. If they do form... alcohol.. again dry it out!! As for the dark spots... get with some ladies in a department store.. they know all about that makeup stuff, they'll be able to get you some cream that'll diminish the dark spots. I actually think it's called, dark spot remover!!
