How to get rid of?

Okay so I've had these small bumps on my face for several years. I'd like to call them pimples but whatever I do I can't get rid of them! They're not that noticable. But I'm starting highschool soon and I would like to get rid of them. They are on my cheeks and forehead and so annoying!

Ur a kid i know they bother u and fuck with ur confidence, the good news it will pass. If its real bad they have antibiotics a dr can perscribe its called tetracyclnien spelling isn't close but the doc will know.

yes I wash my face every night and every morning and use acne creams at night... nothing seems to work

I spent a lot of time in South America and I never saw pimples or zits on the face only on butts where women would sit on dirty seats in bikini's. They drink abakashee a kinda coco nut water and the fruits and diets were real food not like the USA food.
