When you exercise try and pull your stomach in without straining, until it’s about flat. Some different ab exercises and good posture should help lean and tone the stomach. Try and eat more raw vegetables and so more leg exercises, the leaner calories will reduce fat and the leg exercises will stimulate muscle growth throughout the body. So squats, lunges, step-ups, walking, swimming, all of these will help you achieve your goals. On top of that remember to think about good posture and pulling your stomach in. It’s a long process so be ready to do all of these things for a few months but the results will be worth it.

Your legs aren’t very muscular yet. To get rid of the stomach but also gain weight you need to cut down on the excess sugar and junk that you might eat ramp up your protein intake try to get a gram per pound everyday and workout hard everyday. Don’t cut the calories too much because you want to gain weight but a slight deficit plus excess protein could allow you to build muscle while losing fat. As long as you workout hard everyday and really push yourself.

your legs look fine, as for stomach there are a few things one can do, I'm lucky I horse ride, gripping the horse with your legs keeps those under control, the movement of the horse at a gallop can keep your stomach nice and tight and the fresh air is good for you anyway
