I see you asking a guy about sit ups. I donāt recommend them. You have to round lumbar spine and the sit ups become useless after a while. And youāre going to have to keep adding weight to it. And it might not bother you right now but youāre going to blow out you back. I recommend planks, X man sit ups (not that much). I forget what itās the one where you lay flat on your back keep you legs up and roll. Just mainly works where your back is flat. Do some dumb bell rows and body weight rows. If you canāt do pull ups do the body weight rows. You mainly want to a lot of rowing. And your gets strong enough take your legs off the ground and row. Assisted pulls with Resistance band not that bs assisted pull up machine. If you struggling with push ups do incline and decline push ups. And you need to do ab work outs. Isolation workouts like ab work out take up too much time. You mostly want to stick to compound workouts.
Like biceps curls only focus one muscle. You need to focus on all your muscle. Not just one part. I never did any ab work outs and I got a six pack abs.

Same thing with swats they engage your core. Most compound workouts use your ab muscles. Even push-ups. Always tighten when working out. Pushups everything tighten the stomach. Keep it right. That's all I did and I got it.
