Are you actually losing weight?
Weight is generally gained or lost one of two ways. One is through actual body mass gain or loss (determined by whether you're burning more calories than you eat) and the second is through gain or loss of water.

If you dont eat enough your body starts burning your muscles when you work out instead of your food.
you're probably losing fat and water weight. don't worry. the progress you see is much more reliable than only your weight. :) take pictures every month or so, trust me, you'll see A LOT of progress!! :)
The more muscle you gain, the faster you lose weight because that's more for your body to carry when you walk or workout etc :)

Low reps, no matter the weight, are for strength, which makes your muscles denser rather than bigger. It most likely is just that you're losing fat and your muscles are either staying the same size or getting smaller, that's not a bad thing, but since you're body building I'd recommend doing higher reps for more size, google reps that should help.
Muscle doesn't weigh as much as fat and muscle will start burning more calories and break down fat. Muscle therefore will give you a much leaner looking body.
