So is there any way to lose 3lbs + of fat in a week just so that my dress will hopefully not tear at the seams during the night :/
(Yes I know any fast solutions will ultimately lead me to putting the weight back on later but I only need to be a little thinner for one night!)
And I want no water weight answers.. Its tightest around my back which is where I need to lose the FAT.
Is it possible to do this by just eating fruit all week every two hours and drinking LOTS of water? (I despise vegetables!)
