Has anyone ever tried the Atkins diet? What was your experience? Did you stick to it?
Yes I did the atkins diet and it worked for me. I lost about 90 lbs 5 years ago and kept that weight off for good. Keep in mind it may not be the best for you. With the intake of High protein and high cholesterol comes health risks and a with a low carb diet your body will lack nutrition in certain areas so I wouldn't stay on it for a long time.

My mom lost some weight on it, but I could never stay on it because I don't like eating meat that much. I wanted fruit and breads, BADLY! Haha!

Nope. Lots of people complained of diarrhea. And don't listen to the girl at the bottom, it was a head injury.
