How can I defeat my malnutrition and deprivation problems?

I usually feed the meals very inadequately so it is very bad for my future-years health. I eat junk food and sometimes dried, non oiled meals. I hate eating vegetables (out of tomato and lettuce) Malnurition is very significant reason of recent day. If a person consumes oily and plumpy (to illustrate hamburger) malnutrition is a foregone consequence. My arms are very thin and they aren't suitable for a man's arm. People usually advise me to go sport saloons but I think that, simple sport is not adequate for development. I need to obtain protein escorts, because protein enhances one's body completely.

On the other hand, I have also deprivation problem. Normally, I go to bed at one A.M. but nowadays this regulation was broken. Thus I sleep for a long time thoughout a day, this is very bad for me.
