I very rarely eat fast food. Maybe once every 2 months or so, I voted once a month.
One thing that you should note in your book is that next time someone goes to McDonald's, take a bite of your Big Mac and chew it for about a minute. You're view on fast food will never be the same. Trust me.
Also, look up some tests that have been run on McDonald's french fries. I'm not sure but I think when they put one in a jar it lasted for a month without even starting to mold. How healthy can that be?
Don't take my word for that one though, I just heard it from my health-freak friend hah.

write about simple ways we can cut calories without having to give everything up. Simple substitutions for things that are really fattening, talk about portion control, how many times to eat a day, how much should be grains, starches, meats, veggies, ect. how to eat out without killing your diet. Anyway good luck on your book!

How the get past the plateau. It usually hits me after 12 pounds... like a brick wall! I cut my calories by another few hundred (down to 1200), amp up the cardio, keep up with my supplements, but then I just stay put. So then I give up, gain the weight back, and start all over again. Quite frustrating.
Thanks! :)I try to eat fast food as little as possible, but sometimes I get a weird craving. It doesn't happen often, once a month or less. But it's really weird. I comfort myself by telling myself that Mcdonalds changed their ingredients since Supersize me came out. it's probably still bad for you but not as bad as before.
i guess how to lose the last 5 pounds - it's always the hardest to lose those pounds when you're already pretty much near your target weight, but it's even harder to get there, maybe because I'm so busy working but yeah...
What foods have toxins in them and the benefits of eating organic and natural foods over processed foods. The effects eating a lot of processed food does tot he body over time.
You should write about how to eat healthy without compromising taste. I hate to diet because diet food is typically so bland.
