Do you think ill be taller than my father?

I am currently just under 5'7 and I'm turning 17 next week. My dad was 5'10 in his prime (hes abouth 5'9 now) and my mom is 5'3.5. My plates are still open btw.

So do you think ill end up being taller than my dad? I do take various vitamins to increase my height and I know guys usually grow a little into their twenties ( like my dad did during his college years). I want to be about 5'10

Nope I don't think you will. Usually you end up somewhere in between your mom's height and your dad's. For instance, my mom is arounf 5'5'', my dad is 6'. I was lucky cause I am 5'7'', which is tall for a girl. My older brother was not though, cause he's around 5'10'' or so, which is kinda short for a guy. Some guys are even less lucky though! The guy I'm seeing told me his father, grandfather and pretty much all male in his family are at least 6'. He's 5'11'' and his little brother is taller than him already, at 19 years old. So no I don't think you'll be THAT tall, but it doesn't make you real short either. I've dated a 5'7'' guy before and it was very convenient for hugging and kissing.

You still have plenty of time.

If you do grow taller than him, I wouldn't say it would be by far unless you have a growth spurt (which I'm sure has already happened).

I hit my last growth spirt at 21/22 at now am at 5'10. Most men continue to grow into their early twenties.

I can tell you that deep stretching will help move it along.

You will grow a bit more how much is hard to say. Stay active, exercise ...have fun, smile a lot and don't worry about your height it is what is inside that counts.

Doesnt seem likely imo. Your parents aren't tall. You are pretty much in between them and almost an adult. Vitamins won't help you grow. Its all in your genes.

Probably not. It's possible that you could have a big growth spurt in your late teens or very early 20s but it's very unlikely.

It seems likely that you'll least be as tall as him, and possibly grow taller. Make healthy choices and you should grow normally, don't bother with excess pills or vitamins.
