Yes, do squats but don't work out just one part of your body. Also there are many types of squats and you must do them correctly. Speak with your gym monitor/trainer for a proper plan. If you work out at home search on YouTube. You will find loads of information but you can start by searching for "charliejames1975", this girl is amazing and will give you loads of motivation. Best thing to get the body you want is to set your mind and keep exercise intense, whatever you do.

Please don't support that guy... the cameraman shamelessly focuses the camera on the hosts' breasts and butt. If you're gonna search YouTube-- search ZuzkaLight, she's the former and original bodyrock.tv host.. she separated from that guy because she wanted to be taken more seriously and her new work out videos are focused on the training not how sexy she looks doing it (even though she is unbelievably gorgeous). Camera angles aside, Lisa Marie still doesn't compare.
The camera man is her boyfriend/husband. Anyway, the camera man is not the important. The girl is, she has loads of energy and knows how to transmit people a good boost of motivation.

To a great extent fitness is about self-respect. Bodyrock / TheDailyHiit put fitness in the backseat to sex appeal. If you want to watch Lisa Marie soaking her underwear in sweat (because that's all she wears when working out), if you enjoy watching her do push ups through a zoomed in angle of her butt and if you like her use of vibrant colored weights, by all means go ahead. But ZuzkaLight is much more fitness focused. Zuzana has become a much better and more influential role model for women.

No I'm not a lady. Surprise ! I do however have much larger glutes (butt muscles) from squatting over the years.
Firm, lift and get a booty,my butt is average I want round is that possible?hey and would regular up and down squats do any difference?
They work if they're weighted. Also search glute bridges and hip thrusts.
