I certainly don't believe the outcome of games is rigged, and I don't believe players intentionally make bad plays (although some certainly give that impression - *cough* Matt Schaub *cough*).
Obviously players on bad teams aren't going to be motivated to put in the same effort towards the end of the season, and coaches will be more inclined to rest injured players, which leads to allegations of "tanking". I couldn't really blame teams if they are tanking on purpose - that's really the fault of the league system, rather than the teams.
On the other hand a lot of calls are not clearcut, and if a decision is 50:50 (which it very often is on things like "holding" calls), I do believe the officials are going to side with one team over the other, more often than not.
While I'm certainly rooting for the Seahawks, I don't see how you can argue that the Broncos don't deserve to be in the Super Bowl.

It's not rigged. They are humans, plays get botched. Even simple ones. If you think about it when you're on offense every play that isn't a touchdown is a botched play. The plays aren't designed for the defense to stop them.
