What are some quick and easy ways to lose weight?

I'm trying to lose a bit of weight and tone up, and I just want to know if anybody knows of some quick and easy ways to help me lose weight.

Its not about losing the weight quickly its about changing your eating habits and getting healthy.

I have a product I can recommend which I use myself. I am very active but since I got an office job I began putting on some extra weight. Then I saw a friend of mine whom I've known for 20 years but haven't seen in a long time and I did not recognize him. He was always very big guy 300lbs and when I saw his photo where he was 179 I wanted to know how he managed that. Thats how I found out about a product. I'll be honest I have always been an athlete and I don't believe in easy solutions when it comes to weight loss. So I did my own research and everything I read sounded very good. Natural, high in vitamins, etc. so I decided to try it myself. Initially I wanted to help my mom so I offered it to do it together and both of us have great results.
Its a 30 day detox program that includes 4 days of cleansing (2 weekend) (this will boost your metabolism and your body will begin to burn the fat. If you stick to the program YOU WILL get results. In 30 days I went from 145 to 136, (no exercise at all, I did not want to work out on purpose because I wanted to see what this product can do on its own) after 1 month I stopped the detox but continued to using their products (vitamins, shakes) and now I am 130 and very happy with my weight.

What I love about this program is that it teaches you what food to eat and not to eat, I know that sounds simple but it can be very difficult for some people. It will teach you when to eat and how much water to drink. If you have a lot of weight to lose then I suggest doing it for several months but on average women drop about 15lbs (1-2 months) unless you are really overweight then you will def. get bigger results.
