There isn't a quick or easy way to lose weight. Yes you can go on a strict diet that is risking your health. As soon as you go off of that diet you are going to gain the weight back (maybe even more) because your body will be scared of suffering from starvation again. Also, you'll lose muscle tissue because you won't have the carbs or protein as an energy system. This is not good.
So in conclusion, you need to work hard by eating right (all the food groups, making sure you get all the nutrients you need) and exercise regularly (which means at least 5 times a week)

You want to work to lose the weight? Then there are some reasonable solutions such as proper diet and exercise.
1.Eat celery! Celery has negative calories, your body loses weight digesting it!
2.Drink lots of water! Water speeds up digestion, among many other things.
