What is a good, effective, over the counter diet pill that's reasonably priced (less than 20 bucks)?

im considering hydroxycut gummies. those seem nice. i mean theyre gummies. do those work? how do things like that typically work? have you tried it? what works? I've changed my eating habits and I've been trying to move a little more, but i want to loose 30 pounds and I'm impatient like most people. I'm not overweight, but I'm right at the edge of "normal weight". 5/6 and 150lbs. i could loose 30 and be right at the beginning of "normal weight. id rather be there.

Diet pills are like those cure all elixirs you see in old west movies. Complete BS. The only tried and true way to cut down is diet and exercise. If your in a constant caloric surplus there's no pill on the planet that's going to help.

Use diet and exercise. Pills are a gimmick, they're unregulated by the FDA, and often times they're very unsafe. Also, any effects (which are doubtful to begin with) would just be temporary anyways.

Gym memberships. If you rush it you'll get fake results.

Go to the gym, drink only water, run, lift weights, and do core exercises along with your changed diet and you should see results.

Im not sure, I've never tried It, I was going to but my card didn't work. Try Nature Wise, there are so many go reviews on it and theyre at a reasonable price.
