Diet pills are like those cure all elixirs you see in old west movies. Complete BS. The only tried and true way to cut down is diet and exercise. If your in a constant caloric surplus there's no pill on the planet that's going to help.

Use diet and exercise. Pills are a gimmick, they're unregulated by the FDA, and often times they're very unsafe. Also, any effects (which are doubtful to begin with) would just be temporary anyways.
Gym memberships. If you rush it you'll get fake results.
Go to the gym, drink only water, run, lift weights, and do core exercises along with your changed diet and you should see results.
I found 2 bottles of raspberry Ketone supplements for like $18 at walmart. Green coffee bean extract too.
