I count calories, protein, and carbs...but in the opposite direction from most people out there.
I'm on a bulking diet, so I need to take in ~3000 calories a day, plus a certain daily intake of protein, carbs, and fat (both sat. and unsat.). I get irritated at times when I go to the grocery store to stock up and find things that are nothing but "Healthy meal!"...as if the majority of people out there even know what "healthy" is lol. I say to myself "I'm trying to bulk, so give me all the calories you can!".
Living in America- a country with tons of overweight and obese people that think they eat like supermodels :\

I used to count calories, and i've also ate what i've wanted... counting calories never worked for me, at the same time eating what I want has been far more extreme over the past few years so it's not been good for me either. I can get away with a higher than normal calorie intake, but I can't eat the massive amount that I was without recoil from it.
I don't count calories at all. For the most part, I eat super healthy so I'm already very conscious of what I put into my body. But I really, really enjoy food. I enjoy trying new things, the textures, the smells, the tastes, etc . I rather fully enjoy my food rather than be focused on the number of calories and weighing everything out.
I eat whatever I want, whenever I want.

I could care less about how many calories are in what because I'm not concerned about my weight. Well, I am a little underweight, but I still ignore the calories part of the nutrition facts. I focus on other things.
i just look at saturated fat, fiber, protein, and how big the ingredient list is.
other than that, i eat random crap.I've tried counting calories... It just takes up so much time and I just wanna eat without worrying about what I'm eating.
I don't eat a excessive amount so I dont really count ever

I don't even know how to count them.
