Use it well. Exercise isn't just about being thin - it's good for self esteem too. A lot of average and slim girls feel bad about their bodies, too. Getting into something that helps you see your body as a valuable, wonderful tool is very validating. Yoga, martial arts, weight lifting, hiking, etc can all help people see their bodies in new ways.
