Here in the middle of EU, 184 would work better. We have lots of 160 girls and that extra 10 plus would suggest less in numbers a comfortable SO. I'm 185, and most girls wear heels to match up to a 7-10 difference, and often they worry they will be too small :) cute. I'm happy with any height, even above me, but a range where a kiss can be done with just tilting heads is obviously pleasant
