l have recently got back talking to my ex bout 3 weeks ago he asked me to give him back his ring so the next day I went out the next day when I gave him the ring he was like stay for a while saying he wanted to see me so we talked and he used every excuse to touch me that night he called me and was saying stuff that happened in our relationship then he said he loves me but isn't in love with me and before that he was calling me all his pet names for me like baby girl and everything I told him to not call or text me again and he hasn't but I miss him HELP

girl I know what ur going thru... am on da same level... You should stop any contact with him... I know its hard, but you have 2 think about ur self 1st... Go out with your friends, get a memebership at a gym, and just be happy... Its hard very hard 2 do but that's da best thing you can do right now. If you have 2 cry at night or any time do it... don't hold it back just do it because it will make you feel relieve... I don't know how long you both dated, but my ex and I were together for almost 3years all of the sudden this new chick at work was all over him and we broke up because of her and one week later I find out his dating her. Its been a month that we broke up and sometimes he calls me or sends me text saying he misses me, but his with her you know... What I did was a changed my number and deleted him from my Facebook and MySpace... I just hope that if he ever relizes how much I love him I hope its not too late. here a little something 4 you you ::) No one can make you feel inferior unless you allow it, people come and people go, if it was meant to be it will find its way to work no matter what, if not then better thing are to happen, in the game of life you either win or lose, always strive to win and let time take its course, problems will always surround you, yet it is in you to work around them, for now be calm, be still its only a matter of time and being patiet... That doesn't mean wait 4 him until he relizes he loves you but keep mving on with your life and if he does come back 2 you then what ever ur heart feels that what you should do... Ya yu helped a lot I have already deleted his number and bebo and his number. he isn't with anyone ri now and I will prob see him again soon becuz he owes me a tenner like bu I will dress me best and look gawjus so he knows what he is missin ill pretend I'm happier and make him kno I dnt need him. and iv been keeping myself busy by reading new books like twilight... do you think he will miss me eventually.?

hrm- what you can do is try to keep yourself busy with school- or work or what ever you are doing. call your friends for vent sessions and when you miss him- write all your feelings down on paper or on the computer ( like writing it on microsoft word or something -just to get your feelings out.) Or you can go for a jog and try to forget him. I'm sure he's not the only guy out there. AND YOU will be able to find another person that is more suitable for you.

just remember when you miss him either call a friend or write your feelings down-it will feel better. But whatever you don't eat when you miss him because it's bad for you and it can lead to an eating disorder.

Unless you really like him-then that's another story- but if you have made up your mind to move on and forget about him --then ..try keeping yourself busy. And exercising is a good stress reducer. hopeful this helps.

if not then I think you shouldn't..he ask you for a ring he gave you back..i mean my sister was in a 5 year relationship and her ex never ask for any of the stuff he gave her back... ....so ....unless you really like him---but if you don't and you beg to differ then don't talk to him.--he's not worth your time...

If he's unsure that he loves you or not but doesn't want to be with you, then its a sign that he only wants sex.
