Why are Middle Eastern guys attractive, but Middle Eastern girls not so much?

Beauty is an entirely subjective matter, so I can't tell you why you think Middle Eastern women are ugly. That might just be because you're​ attracted to dudes or because you judge them more harshly for being your competition

As for the plastic surgery, there is an explanation for that. The Middle East (I want to say specifically Iran, but I can't remember off the top of my head) is the world leader in nose jobs. This is due to the Muslim religious belief that requires women to wear hijabs in order to prevent them from tempting men. When the only part of her body a woman has to show a man is her nose and eyes, she's going to get plastic surgery on her nose and wear colored contacts. That's also why they wear so much jewelry and name brand items. If women were allowed to show more of their bodies in Middle Eastern countries, I bet you'd see a lot less nose jobs and makeup use

Most women get boob jobs and Botox in their lips (those who do get plastic surgery) because that's what men look at the most. When you take those away, you're​ left with nose jobs. Yes there are many countries in the Middle East that don't require hijabs, but they still have to compete with the beauty standards of the majority Muslim countries, so they have to compete with perfect noses and colored contacts

That said, I'm not sure if India is considered Middle Eastern, but there are some really beautiful Indian women

To be fair, I only know maybe 3 Middle-Eastern women who've had plastic surgery, and 2 were sisters who had pretty crooked noses, as was the other. I think it's very common in gulf countries and Lebanon, especially since middle-eastern people can have quite long/crooked noses.
Because it's the gulf women or richer women that get this surgery, their also the ones that tend to have social media presences and come up when you google middle-eastern women. They often look bizarre, but get the surgery because they're on IG and that's what IG models do.
But if you've actually met a lot of middle-eastern women, it's not as common. I personally think that middle-eastern women are very beautiful, often more than the men, but I suppose it depends, and I agree, the sadly common (among some) plastic surgery can look odd. It's not a good demonstration of middle-eastern women, though. The ones online look nothing like the women I know.
