Frankly there is no way safe way to lose weight in one week, in fact it's normal to lose at most three and that is quite a challenge.
But if you do choose to lose weight, you can set yourself a good workout plan which would get your fit within a month. Excersise every other day, whatever movement you do, you stimulate your muscles (bascially slightly damaging them) the following day is when you recover and your muscles are re-formed. If you work out every day you are just damaging your muscles further. I'm not telling you to turn all bulky, but when you build this muscle it uses your fat as energy. Fat takes up like at least 3 times more volume than muscle, so in fact you would get slimmer by working out. Of course this including good eating.nobody says you can't eat junk food once in a while, so long as you have small portions of it, but do eat a lot of fruits and veggies and drink a lot of water.
It's pretty much impossible, unless you go anorexic.

Anorexia won't help..especially over the course of one week!
when you stop eating your body doesn't know what's going on, when the next time you are going to eat, so it starts to store food instead, you get bloated and it pretty much doesn't help. After not eating for a really long time your body needs energy so then it takes away that fat and uses it for that energy, so then you get thin..but then your body is so used to not eating that it will reject food (could lead to bulimia)

Yes but we don't know about the person asking this question, she could take it seriously, so I tried to explain why it's bad for her understanding at least, as the majority of people out there think that this type of yo-yo dieting is ok, but has terrible side effects.
hmmmmm that's impossible you could try eating fruits everyday.And don't eat junk foods or anything or NOO fried foods,just eat a LOT of fruits and you'll lose 10 pound one day!HOPE I HELPED!
