Guys usually say that especially if they're sleeping with them. Guys confuse having sex with someone, to actually loving a person for who they really are. You probably think you love one another, but as you get older you realize that it was only puppy love. which is sweet if you think about it.
That could be then but I don't know its hard to tell, ive questioned him on it and he says its for real but he could just be saying that to get in my pants and I'm not sure.
Depends: He might just say that because he is looking for what he wants! The forever comment can be just as if not more dangerous than the I Love You remark. Take it slow and if you're not sure question him on it. Make him think about what he just said.

Make sure you feel comfortable with your remarks to him. If you feel it's safe then reciprocate but if your not sure and your gut tells you not to then hold off! Forever and I love you can be dangerous tools if used in a false way.
I trust him. I asked him about everything and he didn't seem like he was lying, so I think its all good.
How long are you together? And your under 18 so I doubt it will be forever although it is possible ..but I was with a guy this time last year and he said forever and now he is happily in a new relationship! And he did mean it...it just didn't work out to be forever.
5 months in like 5 days. and I'm 15 turning 16 april 3 and he's 19 turning 20 april 18. so maybe because he's older and more mature he may mean it but maybe not.
He might mean it like its just I personally don't think a lot of young relationships last forever people change.
