I absolutely HATE running just to "go for a run"...so I do my cardio through swimming, playing sports and walking.

Any sport really, but in particular basketball, tennis, and skiing when weather permits. I don't even want to think about he kind of shape I'd be in without sports since I'm not really much of a gym guy, I prefer to be outdoors.
I like ab workouts. And cardio like running and various stuff we do in Athletics is absolutely HORRIBLE while you're doing it but afterward I feel great so there's a love-hate relationship there. And I hate weight room.
I love so many types of exercise. I really like walking/jogging, swimming, rollerblading, and jumping on the trampoline, but I am pretty much up for anything.
I love biking and hiking!

I love MMA, it trains my cardio, strength and flexibility all at the same time plus its fun as hell.
After I would probably just say Football (soccer), tennis, swimming and just about any other sport reallyI enjoy running...b/c of the high! But honestly any exercise is good...if it gets the sweat going and as long as I have music!
I'd have to say I like stretching so I'd go with yoga but my most favorite is swimming though I can't do that year round
Martial arts- (Punching and kicking the bag/paddles/ mitts).
Or Playing any sport like basketball, Tennis, or Football.Dancing, swimming and any other water sports. ^_^ I'm not really a land-sport person..
Hiking as well. It's so fun it's like you're not even exercising.
swimming cause its the only exercise I can do without pain. (I was born with arthitis) And its a great whole body workout.
Running/jogging.. I love how free it makes me feel.. Although I hate it as I'm doing it I always feel so GREAT afterwards!
Mine is either airsoft, gymnastic body building, parkour, rock climbing, or longboarding.
