What's the best way to walk away from a man?

I am curious what stings a man the most when a woman chooses to leave. My husband has cheated on me so many times the past few years despite all the chances I have given he continues to cheat... I'm finally leaving his ass. Should I walk away in silence does that hurt the most?

Why don't you do the thing that gives the most closure? (For yours, if you want, but ideally for both.) In the long run, that's what's best for the psyche.
Remember the entirety of your relationship. The good and bad. Remember it all.

Tell him, succinctly, that you are leaving him, turn around and walk out. Don't have any further discussion with him. He may ask you why or beg you not to go. Ignore him and leave.
