Should I leave him alone seeing this is the second time I done this or should I talk to him and fix my behavior and hope he forgives me?

So I did tell my boyfriend I had to check out for a while and that I just couldn’t trust him and he said how much he loved me and how I could do this to him for a second time and I just said I couldn’t do it. He told me he was breaking up with me for his own sanity. He did text this morning and wish my daughter a good day at school and good morning to me to my sisters phone.

I don't know all of the backstory, but if you've had to take a break twice from him, there has to be a reason. You also made the comment you couldn't trust him. If you can't trust the dude then there's no need to be in a relationship with him. Probably time for you to move on

It’s just all in my head not trusting him , he is a awesome guy to me and my daughter. I think I should stop being so silly and treat him better I really made a fool out of myself this time I think

I don't know, I don't know what's actually going on. You're the one that took the break, You know the situation best. You have to trust your own judgment

Not to sound like a dick but that isn't normal behavior. You said he's all around awesome. I think you may have some mental issues you haven't dealt with. And you might want to seek out help with that before you keep hurting his feelings for no reason.
