My now ex was hardly working I was the breadwinner for many years and he was always a little bitch about things. He hardly was even working and working the same low level job he was working when we got married. When we got married he seemed to have at least some ambition in life but now does not.
We got into a fight and long story shot I was so angry with him over a number of things because he is hardly contributing and not holding his end of the bargain on many things we agreed on when we married. He has almost zero ambition in life, bitches and complains, among other things he has done. I gave him chance after chance and told him over and over that if he did not get his act together that I would either leave or kick him out.
So that is what I did. I packed his shit and threw it out the door and he would not leave he was yelling and screaming and I shoved him. The cops show up he presses charges. The cops speak to me like I am fucking retarded even though I was the one who called saying I felt in danger and said something along the lines of "you can't kick someone out of their own home if they don't want to leave you have to get a court order". I got arrested and charged I spent over 5 days in jail for simple DV and now am fighting a losing battle in the courts. They seem to want to throw the book at me and won't let me plea my public defender is near worthless. I am probably going to jail and getting fined a bunch of money. I have a stain on my record and lost my job over it as well.
I got into another relationship before my divorce was technically finalized he got half of everything I have, part of my pensions, and everything. I lost my three children and they don't even want to see me anymore anyways he put all these horrible ideas in his head about me. I am paying tons of money in child support. He got my house that was my house to start with that was my family heritage. He got my cars. They even gave him my fucking dog.
One of my own best friends is telling me that this was all my fault as well and I think he is dating his divorce/lawsuit attorney. But NOBODY seems to care
