How do I help this girl get over me?

This girl and I were dating for a long time and I broke up with her for reasons I won't get into. She is still very much in love with me, and well I won't lie a part of me still deeply cares and loves her but I am worried about her mental state, she has attempted suicide in the past and I don't want her to do that again, it would really tear me up, especially since it would be my fault. I want her to find someone else and be happy but she can't get over me. She deserves happiness. What can I do? I don't want to cut her out of my life cause I'm scared she'll try something, but I really want to move on and she has no family that cares enough for her so I can't go to them.

From my experience and circumstance, which could be different than yours, stay far away. No connection and 6 months ought to help her.
Written card, “hope all is well”-or something softer but yeah, for birthday and Christmas for at least one year worked well as only contact.
