My ex-bf (21m) broke up with me (22f) a week ago.
We were dating for 4 months
During the relationship he always said things like “I don’t deserve you” and “you’re way too good for me”. He asked me why I like him so much I guess he just needed reassurance. He told me that he wasn’t used to having a girl that never got mad, not even at the smallest things. And I’m the sweetest girl he has ever met
We never fought Had great intimacy and he had all the space to do what he wanted. He even went out clubbing without me and I wouldn’t get jealous. I would hang out at his place, had dinner with his parents without him hung out with his friends
Everything was perfect, until march 6th.
He broke up with me out of nowhere. On FT
Told me he “has to work on himself” and that he’s a mess. Saying he needs to be single for a while. Because he was in a relationship (2017/2019 and 2020/2022) To find himself again. Because he doesn’t know the person who he is without a relationship
I was heartbroken, but told him it’s okay.
After the break up:
I asked him the next day if we could talk face-to-face because I’m better in communicating that way. He told me that’s okay and asked if he could come to my place the next day. I told him that’s fine so he could get his clothing back aswell.
The next day he messaged me in the morning saying he ‘wasn’t feeling well’ and if we could arrange it another time, Haven’t heard from him since.
I don’t understand:
I’m the only person he has a snapchat streak with, and he just sends black screens to save the streak Why?
He is back on T*nder again. Why would you say all that stuff just to be back on that app not even a week after breaking up.
My birthday was 3 weeks ago he made a reservation for something which is in June. Why would you book something in advance if you knew you would break up with me?
If you knew you couldn’t be in a relationship than why start one just to break my heart a few months later
