Did my ex delete my number? What do you think?

My ex is a covert narcissist and he did try to hoover me a couple of times before, then gave me silent treatments and ghosted me.

So I got tired of treating him like a human being and decided to humiliate and laugh at him which enraged him to block me on every app including Whatsapp.

So 2 days ago I noticed he unblocked me on Whatsapp and I'm still in his contacts because I was able to see his status and profile pic.

When I checked today I saw that his profile pic and status both were invisible. Do you think he deleted my number? Or still keeping it and he just blocked again?

I know I shouldn't check up on him and stop thinking this much but I guess a part of is still trauma bonded.

I'm seeing a therapist and trying to get over him. He just comes to my mind and I sometimes find myself stuck in a loop.

I think you should listen to your therapist. You broke up. You shouldn't be thinking about anything he's doing.

I know but I wonder whether he deleted my number or not. If he did, I think I'd feel relieved and slightly upset

It's hard to accept that he wasn't this person that I loved and it was all a game.
But I hope he did delete.

Update: He unblocked and hasn't deleted my number.

I guess this is another narcissistic game of his and I know I should stop checking on him. I hope I can stop.

Yeah. Stop. There's nothing to gain from that. How did you find out he hasn't deleted your number?

On this app the status is only visible to those who have your number in your contacts and I can see his status even if I block him.

Focus on therapy and just leave him alone. You two were clearly toxic for each other, and he can probably use therapy too. Grow up.
