the most important thing is to help her ground herself, sometimes overthinking or her despair can lead to a feeling of no control & helplessness that need to be tamed. if there’s anything that may immediately calm her down such as a book, a bath, cooking, praying, hugging, watching cartoons or a favorite show, talking, going out for a walk, or anything she may like it’ll help her realize not everything needs to be terrible & to take things with ease. a calmer & thoughtful approach may bring solutions faster.
She has one accident 2 years back and at that time she had these attacks. But this time, it’s been 15 days since breakup and she’s having panic attacks multiple time everyday. I am afraid. Please help
