Why is my ex showing my best friend our pictures and videos?

So my best friend told me that my ex was showing her pictures and videos of him and I. Why was he doing this?

What type of videos are they? Are these explicit videos? Number one consult with a attorney and look up the local laws. Speak with the law enforcement in your area and see if there is a law against non consequential sharing of videos. In some places there are laws and in others there isn’t.

So. Find out. Speak with the municipal law enforcement, county, state, and federal. If you don’t live in the United States speak to applicable law enforcement. Also talk with the prosecutors office. Hopefully someone or another will take the case.

You have to ask your ex that, the pictures of me and mine are safely stored on a heavily encrypted partition nobody but me has access to (Except for things she sent over a DM rather than a link, thats also stored in an encrypted chat we used to use that only we have the encryption keys for).

So safe to say I took every measurable step to ensure nothing of her ever gets leaked on my end. And I would never share it with anyone or show it to anyone (In a rare circumstance I might show someone the picture of us together in London, but I know for certain she'd be fine with that).

If your ex is showing pictures of you that you would reasonably have shared on instagram thats fine in my book though, I wouldn't know why he's doing it but at least he's not sharing something he's not supposed to. But if he's sharing intimate moments I can only conclude your ex is an asshole.

I think that he is trying to catch your attention for some motive, well aware that your best friend will definitely reach out to you about it. If you don't care about him, then just ignore and ask your best friend to do the same.
