I don't really care but it's the same time I do believe that it should be something kept between those two people

it has happened to me. And from what I understand she was telling her friends all kinds of things when we were still together

And the way that I found out was it took me 7 months to get this girl out of my house and when she was finally gone probably about 2 weeks later

Two of her friends they were sisters came by my house to see if I would look at one of their cars and maybe fix it for her.

But they were asking me questions and giggling about it and asking me if some things were true because this is what my ex told them

I just think it should stay between exes

I mean I don't care if it was my worst enemy I wouldn't tell anything about that person positive or negative I just don't believe in that

It’s not good to tell people things that are private without someone saying you can. People who do this toh need to be careful of what you say around them.

All depends on what the details were well I think my ex is spreaded to his friends that I like Uma and how I like her sexually but more romantically than sexually I have respect for her but anyway I think he's told his friends but know what a don't give a fuck am not shy spread it to everyone I've basically spread it to the whole world of Facebook and on her group sites that am not even friends with my friends and family know I don't give a rats ass it's my choice who I love and what makes me happy she's to good not to be known to the world but yeah am not bothered what he says unless it's something mean or nasty about me

I was in the situation where my ex revealed private details from our former relationship among our common friend. Vengeance, desire for my attention, stupidity... I'm not sure why he did that but this was embarrassing especially I'm not eager to share such details with others.

Literally every ex of mine has done this. It's annoying but not a huge problem. I think that exes making stuff up is a bigger problem. I had two exes that made up ridiculous stories about me. Which actually worked in my favor because they were so stupid that no one believed them. Like, me torturing a kitten or me pushing her out of a car into traffic while pregnant to cause a miscarriage lol. Gotta love borderline personality disorder.

It's not as if I could or should control what's being said, if it's said, when it's said. If I think about it, it makes sense that such things will be discussed in my absence. So be it, I'd say.

If it involves only two people, those two people would be in the known but no one else. But there are always exceptions. It could be brought up in a conversation with a professional (that was maybe not the point here) or in a conversation with a good friend. Best is to discuss it beforehand and ask if it's okay or not okay to share with a good friend for example.
