Do guys ever regret letting a good girl go?

I adored my ex-boyfriend and would have done absolutely anything for him, I just can't understand why he would let it all go? How can you go for being so in love to not feeling anything at all? I know I just have to forget him, but have any of you ever realized you made a mistake and let go of something good?

By the way, I did nothing wrong in the relationship, I never cheated, never was clingy, or needy. I am not perfect and I have flaws of course but flaws should be accepted, especially from the ones that love you. Right?!

I tell myself that my ex is missing out because he didn't want just me. He wanted other girls as well. It's his loss not mine. He's never going to do better than me and that's the truth. He's not in touch with reality, he's going to end up alone and lonely while I'm going to find someone better

The same goes for you. It's your ex who is missing out, not you. Don't feel sad. Feel sad for him because he was an idiot to ever let you go

Yes, you have no idea. Unfortunately It's not always because we don't want to be with her when a good girl is let go.

Do they ever realize by thinkin about her. Or they have the enourage to back to her and say I wnt her back...do they really forget you were they ignore your calls. When do they come back...

I just felt like he lost interest, he didn't care about the relationship anymore and I could just tell. We didn't see each other as much until a point where we didn't see each other at all, the phone calls became less frequent, the sweet words disappeared, it's really sad. I don't know why exactly, it just happened.

Who broke up with who? Maybe he didn't do it on purpose..

He probably got the message that you weren't into him and he realized you didn't want to make things work again. Or maybe he is waiting to make his move so he doesn't come off as desperate..

we were having just little fights towards the end, literally about nothing just stupid, pointless stuff. He didn't want to work it out and I wanted to so bad, but I couldn't force him to want to you know? So it ended by him saying he wanted "time to pass" to get over things and then he'd want to hang out. He texted me a week after he said this asking how I was, so I said good you? and he just never answered...

**One last thing** me and my ex are going through this right now. I was being needy and trying to fix things without manning up first. I let my emotions get a hold of me instead of me getting a hold of my emotions. I truly have changed for the better, and I'm positive deep downshe still cares about me a lot. Sometimes, you just have to have faith. Things aren't always as they seem..
