You spared him the pain, good. I hate the way you phrased your title though, almost like you relished it. Anyways good on you for doing something stupid and actually feeling something for another dude while acknowledging it and still fucking him... yeah i don't think you give a flying fuck about others. Perhaps its best to not date for awhile so you don't screw anyone else over and re-evaluate your life choices.

Cheating on someone means that you don't really love them because if you did, the mere thought of someone else touching you would disgust you. So, claim otherwise all you like, but you didn't love him. At least, not enough to be faithful.

Everyone on here is pretty harsh. I don't agree with them, but it seems to be the majority have a very negative reaction to your story. I think that goes along with your point that cheating feels harmless in the act of it, but it truly affects others in a much more multiplied way and the guilt from the cheater oftentimes overweighs the positive encounter.

No temptation is beyond our control or we would not call it a temptation but I thoroughly enjoyed reading that. I used to be a every day cheater when I was younger. Some of the girls knew some did not. I did feel guilt so I just did more drugs. I also felt guilt from other things as well. Sex was my outlet.
I have a colleague. She learns what cheating is with every dick that she meets in her path. I am sure she feels the same and has the same guilt going on in her head afterwards, just like you did,... that until the next erect penis is in her face.
