He's my first boyfriend, I'm currently 14(turned 14 yesterday). Anyways, 2 days ago my boyfriend called me "babe". I got a very weird feeling in my stomach and still get it everytime I think about it (he called me babe over text he was like"I love you babe"). Is it normal to get that weird unexplainable feeling? What does it mean?

Yes. Is it a happy feeling. I remember when my boyfriend at 14 called me babe for the first time. I was flustered and happy whenever I thought about it. Just the feeling that someone thinks of you in that way.
