Is this a glitch or is he ignoring me on meetme app? doesn't make sense because his last active date is dec20 can u help me out?

Ok so i met a guy on meet me we talk for 2 weeks untill we had an disagreement , I was hasty and block him then unblock the next day when I wasn't mad anymore, I've been messaging him everyday the last 5 days now and no response! Ok so my question is : Why does the online light come on for 15 to 20 mins but I look on his profile it says last active date was 5 days ago... which is dec 20 . so it's weird and doesn't make sense that , he doesn't answer at all (meaning never read any message ) I've very sent. So my thing is why does it say last active date dec20 but the online green dot comes on for a bit every night at the same time? please help me understand this Am I being ignored? Is it a app glitch? what gives... every other profile tell u they log in today's date but his stays the same for the last 5 days so help please...
