How do I convince a girl she's good enough for me?

Sounds to me like she isn't interested and doesn't know how to tell you because she cares about other people's emotions. So rather than have you feel rejection, she's building you up while essentially turning down your request.

I tried that, she doesn't believe me when I tell her she's nice, and pretty. She just says, "No I'm not. You can do way better than me."
