My boyfriend is easily grossed out?

I can't talk to him about being on my period cramps or blood he'll get grossed out. Anything medical he gets grossed out. I thought I felt a cyst in my groin area and I wanted a second opinion, and instead of expressing concern or comfort for me when I was feeling uncomfortable and scared he was grossed out and wouldn't feel for it for me. I wanted him to feel for something then instead of going to a doctor and having a stranger feel me first. (I did get it looked at).

Is it wrong of me that these things and making me want to break up with him?

Like I can't imagine him ever being able to have child with me because I think it will grow him out. How would he feel if I got cancer and was going through a lot and he was just feeling gross about it for himself?

We're both in our mid-to-late twenties.

No it's not wrong. I can see being squeamish about some things but a period? It would be different if you were showing him the bloody pad or something as that is gross. But you should be able to tell your boyfriend things like that without him being weirded out like a little boy. I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 18 and he ASK me to tell him when I'm on my period so he can help me out during it. Nobody can tell you rather you should breakup with him but if you want a boyfriend who's not so freaked out by things like asking him about concerns with your body then maybe you should. Especially considering you're in your mid/late twenties

ya that kind of relationship wouldn't work for me. I am a very open person about my period and I tell my boyfriend all the gross details... for some reason that just makes it more bearable for me. Also the whole cyst thing would have pissed me off. I hope it ended up being nothing though!

Have you looked into his past, as to why he feels this way? Perhaps some sort of trauma from his past?

Other than that, it's totally not okay for him to act that way. But remember, we're only hearing your side of the story here.
