I have been talking to this guy I work with for a couple of weeks and we flirt and have really good chemistry, we were texting one day and he said "Lets kick it soon". He didn't elaborate on it any longer so does this mean he wants to hang out with me as a date? How should I approach this, should I make a plan with him to do something or wait for him to maybe ask me out?

he is probably into you. when he says "let's kick it soon", he means he wants to hang out with you. if I said that to a girl, I would want to hang out with her at my house, maybe make some food, binge watch some tv shows, but that's just me.
